The Ecosystem
All the services that make BerkahKarya work — explained without jargon.
The Ecosystem
Think of BerkahKarya as a real company with real departments. Each department is a software service, and each service is operated by AI. Here is what each one does.
The Brain — 1ai-hub
Every company needs a central nervous system. 1ai-hub is that for BerkahKarya. It watches over every other service, knows when something is healthy or broken, stores the company's knowledge, and coordinates between all the different parts.
When Hermes (the General Manager AI) needs to know something — like "how are the ads performing?" or "is the trading system healthy?" — it asks the hub.
The Front Door — cf-router
When someone visits a BerkahKarya website or API, cf-router is what gets them to the right place. It manages internet traffic, security, and connections. Think of it as the receptionist and security guard combined — it decides who gets in and where they go.
The AI Gateway — OmniRoute
BerkahKarya uses many different AI services (from companies like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and dozens more). OmniRoute is the smart gateway that connects to all of them. Instead of each service figuring out how to talk to each AI provider, they all go through OmniRoute. It picks the best provider for each task, handles failures gracefully, and optimizes costs.
Think of it as a universal translator that speaks every AI language.
The Storefront — 1ai
1ai is BerkahKarya's main product. It sells access to AI services — the same AI models from OpenAI, Google, and others — but optimized and cheaper. Customers pay a subscription, and in return they get AI access that is 70-90% cheaper than going directly to the providers.
This is one of the primary ways BerkahKarya makes money.
The Advertiser — 1ai-ads
Running advertising campaigns is one of the most time-consuming tasks in any business. 1ai-ads does this autonomously. It creates campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok, tests different approaches, pauses what does not work, scales what does, and reports results.
No human sits in front of a dashboard. The system runs 24/7, making hundreds of small optimization decisions every day.
The Social Manager — 1ai-social
Every business needs a social media presence. 1ai-social manages BerkahKarya's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. It posts content, responds to messages, identifies outreach opportunities, and manages engagement.
It also handles direct outreach — finding potential customers, partners, and collaborators, and reaching out to them professionally.
The Creator — 1ai-content
Content is king, but creating it is exhausting. 1ai-content generates videos, writes posts, manages publishing schedules, and handles the entire content pipeline. It uses a Telegram bot interface, so the human can provide creative direction through simple messages.
Need a video? Tell the bot what topic. It generates the script, creates the visuals, renders the video, and publishes it — all automatically.
The Salesperson — 1ai-affiliate
Affiliate marketing is one of the most effective ways to generate passive income. 1ai-affiliate manages the entire affiliate operation: tracking clicks, attributing conversions, calculating commissions, and optimizing the sales funnel.
It handles multi-touch attribution — understanding which marketing efforts actually led to a sale — and automatically adjusts strategy based on what is working.
The Traders
BerkahKarya operates multiple trading systems:
CeX Trading (Traditional Markets)
This system trades in traditional financial markets — Forex (currency pairs like EUR/USD), commodities (gold, oil), and crypto on centralized exchanges. It uses technical indicators like moving averages and RSI to identify opportunities, and executes trades automatically through brokers. Currently running as cex-backend on PM2.
PolyEdge (Prediction Markets)
This system operates in prediction markets — Polymarket, Kalshi, and decentralized exchanges like Hyperliquid. It includes an "AGI engine" (Autonomous Graph Intelligence) that maps relationships between markets to find arbitrage opportunities. Running as polyedge-frontend (React dashboard, port 5174).
NEXUS (Market Intelligence)
Real-time market tracking system with 5 CEX adapters (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, Kraken), 6 on-chain chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana, Bitcoin), whale tracking, and 10 data sources. Running as 3 processes: nexus-web (dashboard, port 4400), nexus-ws (WebSocket, port 4401), nexus-indexer (background data collection).
The Phone Farm — 1ai-phonefarm
Some tasks require real mobile devices — like managing multiple social media accounts or testing apps. 1ai-phonefarm manages a pool of Android phones that can be programmed to perform tasks automatically.
It also operates as a SaaS platform — other people can rent device time, creating an additional revenue stream.
The Messenger — WAHA
WhatsApp is the primary messaging platform in many markets. WAHA (WhatsApp API) is the bridge that lets BerkahKarya's AI agents send and receive WhatsApp messages. The social media agent uses it for customer outreach and engagement.
The Director — Hermes
Hermes is the General Manager AI — the one agent that manages all the others. It communicates with the human stakeholder through Telegram, makes operational decisions, delegates tasks, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Hermes is still under development. Right now, many of its functions are handled manually or distributed across other services. The goal is to have Hermes be the single point of contact between the AI workforce and the human stakeholder.
How They All Connect
All these services do not work in isolation. They are connected through the hub (1ai-hub), which acts as the central nervous system. When the advertising agent needs AI power, it goes through OmniRoute. When the social agent needs to send a WhatsApp message, it goes through WAHA. When the trading bot needs to execute an order, it goes through the MetaTrader bridge.
The human stakeholder talks to Hermes via Telegram. Hermes talks to the hub. The hub talks to everything else.
One person. Twenty-three services. Infinite agents. Real revenue.
