The Roadmap

BerkahKarya is not finished. It is a living experiment, growing and evolving with each phase. Here is where it stands today and where it is going.

Phase 1: Core Infrastructure ✅

Status: Complete

The foundation is built:

  • 1ai-hub — Central orchestrator, monitoring all services
  • cf-router — Internet routing and tunnel management
  • OmniRoute — AI provider aggregation (160+ providers)

These three services form the nervous system of the entire ecosystem. Everything else connects through them.

Phase 2: Revenue Services Live ✅

Status: Complete

The revenue-generating services are operational:

  • 1ai — AI access resale with subscription tiers
  • 1ai-ads — Autonomous advertising across Facebook, Google, TikTok
  • 1ai-social — Social media management and outreach
  • 1ai-content — Automated content creation and publishing
  • 1ai-affiliate — Affiliate marketing and conversion tracking
  • waha — WhatsApp integration for messaging

These services are generating real revenue and operating autonomously.

Phase 3: Hermes Autonomy 🔄

Status: In Progress

The General Manager AI (Hermes) is being developed to:

  • Manage all other AI agents through a single interface
  • Communicate with the human stakeholder via Telegram
  • Make operational decisions within defined authority boundaries
  • Escalate to human judgment when needed

Current state: Many Hermes functions are distributed across other services. The goal is consolidation into a single intelligent agent.

Key milestones:

  • Unified Telegram interface for all operations
  • Decision-making authority framework
  • Automated escalation logic
  • Cross-service coordination

Phase 4: Trading Systems Live ✅

Status: Complete

Both trading systems are operational:

  • 1ai-trade-bot — CEX, Forex, Binary Options with automated execution
  • 1ai-poly-trader — DEX, prediction markets, multi-exchange arbitrage
  • mt5-router — MetaTrader integration for traditional broker access

Risk management is enforced at every level — position caps, daily loss limits, trend filters, and circuit breakers.

Phase 5: Phone Farm + Scale-Out 🔄

Status: In Progress

  • 1ai-phonefarm — Android device farm is operational with rental marketplace
  • Scaling device pool for increased automation capacity
  • Expanding task templates for diverse automation needs

Phase 6: 1-Man Company PoC — Publish Research 📋

Status: Planned

The ultimate goal: publish the findings of this experiment as formal research:

  • Document the 1-Man Company model
  • Publish revenue data and operational metrics
  • Share the architecture and methodology openly
  • Prove (or disprove) the hypothesis that AI can run a company autonomously

This is not just about BerkahKarya. It is about demonstrating a new model for human existence — one where AI handles production and humans handle purpose.

The Long-Term Vision

If the 1-Man Company model proves viable at this scale, the next question is: can it scale further?

  • Can one person operate a company with 100 services? 1000?
  • Can the model be replicated — can others build their own 1-Man Companies?
  • What happens when AI agents become even more capable?
  • What does the economy look like when human labor becomes optional?

These are the questions that drive BerkahKarya forward.
